Overview
720 West End Ave is a renovation and conversion of an existing New York City Landmark building in the Upper Westside of Manhattan. The planned development of 265,000 Sf, 130 condominium units, will transform the former Salvation Army facility into a modern age residential building. The construction of these new well-appointed units will also be accompanied by elaborate amenity space. The project includes a façade facelift of the historic facade, modern windows, an addition to the rooftop, and an 11-story addition. Partnering with Glacier Equities and Intervest Capital Partners, CMA collaborated with the project team to evaluate various structural stabilization solutions, select tasteful finishes, and furnish efficient and cost-effective MEP systems. The anticipated completion is 1st quarter 2025.
