Christopher Mesbah

President / Founder

Mr. Mesbah has been a professional in the Construction Industry for almost thirty years, with a diverse project experience. He has served in the capacities of Field Superintendent, Project Manager and Project Executive. In 2005 Christopher started CMA. As President, he participates in all CMA projects from Pre-Construction, Construction, and Close Out phases.

Robert Barry

Vice President – Director of Operations

Mr. Barry has been a professional in the construction industry for almost thirty years, with diverse project experience. He has serviced in the capacities of Assistant Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, Project Manager, and Director of Operations for several firms. Currently, he is a Project Superintendent and Vice President in Charge of Operations with CM & Associates where he continues his successful career in Construction Management

Paul Gingold

Vice President of New Business and Pre Construction

As Vice President of New Business, Mr. Gingold is responsible for all Pre Construction activities, including buyouts, value engineering, interactions with client’s staff, representatives, and design consultants, compiling budgets, forecasting costs, reviewing General Conditions, billings, claims, and change orders, as well as managing CMA Project Management and Field staff.

John Moore

Estimator

As Chief Estimator, with over thirty years of experience, I am responsible for day to day estimating for CMA projects including take-offs, value engineering, interactions with client’s staff, representatives, and design consultants, compiling budgets, and working with the Project Management Team forecasting costs, reviewing claims, and change orders, as well as managing CMA estimating staff.

George Mihalis

Senior Project Executive

As Senior Project Executive I am responsible for day to day operations for CMA projects including buyouts, value engineering, interactions with client’s staff, representatives, and design consultants, compiling budgets, forecasting costs, reviewing General Conditions, billings, claims, and change orders, as well as managing CMA Project Management and Field staff.

Mechanical Engineering major, Air Force Reserve Officers Training Corps; Acquired active security clearances following special and extended background investigations.

Joseph Spirito

Corporate Risk Manager

35 years of Risk Management experience, including domestic and international experience, with a true proven ability to recognize and devise methods to eliminate, transfer and avoid potential exposures while delivering and managing state of the art Risk Management and insurance programs that focus on protection and cost. Successful in the design and development of risk management programs throughout his career. This includes experience with CCIP and specialty comprehensive insurance programs, insurance analysis and coverage review, safety programs and incentives, claims management and mitigation and acquisition risk management due diligence. His understanding of construction work flow processes has translated into the successful integration of risk management policies and procedures, and the overall reduction in the total cost of risk.

Anas Bahnan

Director of MEP’s

Mr. Bahnan has over 10 years of experience in the Construction and Real Estate Industry as business owner, project manager, and superintendent. He currently serves as Director of MEPS for CMA, responsible for MEP budgets, analysis of systems, buyouts, and supervision of field installations.
