Located on the corner of Spring Street and Thompson Street, the two frontage facades will be comprised of red brick masonry and wood punch windows with UV bird glass, which are to be complimented by glazed terracotta baguettes and cornices. Totaling approximately 33,000 square feet, the interiors are comprised of high-end finishes featuring mahogany cabinets, floor finishes, and trims to match the wood windows, as well as volcanic flowstone countertops in the lavish custom kitchens.
