Overview
The 18-story condominium complex is an out of the ground building construction project in the Tribeca section of Manhattan. CMA utilized a reinforced concrete structure to maximize the usable square footage given the limited building heights. CMA was contracted to perform pre-construction design consultation, as well as manage the full construction and turnover of the project.
