Parker West

Located on 72nd Street and Broadway, the project is ground up construction standing 219 feet tall and comprises of 18 three-bedroom condominiums, one per floor giving each apartment full floor spread, with the four most upper floors from the 18th to 21st will accommodate two duplex apartments. The development will provide retail space located on the first floor with a fitness room and children’s playroom amenities on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The façade is a combination of window wall and limestone panel. With a 20 month project schedule from foundation, the project is anticipated to finish in the last quarter of 2020.
