The Thread

The Thread is a brand new development located in Union City, NJ. The construction of these new well-appointed units will also be accompanied by elaborate amenity space. The project includes a prefabricated façade panels and modern windows. CMA collaborated with the project team to evaluate various structural, façade, and superstructure assemblies. The building was finished with material to compliment the market rate units.
